You will be billed initially when you place your order and then every 30 days thereafter, once your first box has been shipped.
You’ll receive your first Pawsonal Box within 5 working days after placing your order — with free shipping straight to your door!
After that, your box will be sent every month based on your original subscription purchase date (for 6- or 12-month plans, deliveries will follow the full subscription period). If you’d like to arrange an earlier delivery for a special occasion, simply reach out to our team at least 10 days before your subscription's renewal date — we’ll be happy to help. 🎁🐶
