Your first Pawsonal Box will arrive at your door within 5 business days — filled with carefully picked treats, toys, and love. Every box is pawsonal. Every box gives back. 🧡
We offer three thoughtful sizes — because your buddy deserves the right fit for play, chew, and joy. 💛
And don’t worry — all sizes are the same price, and you can update your pup’s size anytime.
- Small: for most dogs under 25 lbs
- Medium: for most dogs 25-60 lbs
- Large: for dogs over 60 lbs
Tracking and Managing Order
You’ll receive your first Pawsonal Box within 5 working days after placing your order — with free shipping straight to your door!
After that, your box will be sent every month based on your original subscription purchase date (for 6- or 12-month plans, deliveries will follow the full subscription period). If you’d like to arrange an earlier delivery for a special occasion, simply reach out to our team at least 5 days before your next renewal date — we’ll be happy to help. 🎁🐶
We’d hate for your pup’s surprise to end up at the wrong door!
If you’ve moved, or plan to move, please update your shipping address at least 10 days before your next order date to make sure your next box goes to the right home.
Here’s how to update it:
- Log in to your Account with your email and password.
- Head to your Account page and look for the Edit Address section.
- Enter your new shipping details, then click Save.

We’re so sorry! That’s not the Pawsonal Box experience we want you (or your pup) to have.
If you received the wrong box, there’s no need to return it — feel free to:
- Share it with another pup in your circle, or
- Donate it to your local shelter (every pup deserves some love!)
In the meantime, let us make it right.

Payments and Billing
You’ll be billed at checkout when you first subscribe, then every 30 days from your original purchase date. Your monthly plan renews automatically; 6- or 12-month plans run through the full term. We’ll send your monthly box after your renewal goes through, so everything arrives fresh and right on schedule.
There are a lot of options for you and your pack! You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Account Management
You can update your payment details, shipping address, or plan type anytime through Manage Subscription.
If you have an account: Log in, go to Account → Manage Subscription, and make your changes or select Cancel subscription.
If you checked out as a guest: Use the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation or renewal emails — no login required.
Monthly subscriptions:
You can cancel at any time; however, to avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel before your renewal date. Cancellations submitted on or after your renewal date will apply to the following billing cycle. Cancellations do not generate refunds for any already billed periods.
Fixed-term subscriptions (6- or 12-month plans):
These plans are commitment-based and cannot be cancelled or paused until the end of the subscription term. If a minimum order count is enabled for your plan, changes and cancellations are locked until that minimum number of boxes has been fulfilled. Cancellations do not generate refunds for any already billed periods.

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” offers. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these purchases.
🔁 Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. Subscription management links are available in your order confirmation and renewal emails, or through your account page.
💳 Monthly Subscription
When you subscribe to a recurring Pawsonal Box, your selected payment method will be automatically charged every 30 days, starting from the date your first box is shipped.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time; however, to avoid being charged for the next box, you must complete your cancellation before your next renewal date (the same day of the month as your original purchase date).
Monthly billing continues on a rolling 30-day basis until you cancel..
📦 Fixed-Term Plans
If you commit to a subscription plan longer than one month (e.g., 6-month or 12-month plans), you agree to pay each month throughout the full term of the subscription.
⚠️ Cancelling before the end of your fixed-term plan does not release you from your payment obligations. You will continue to be charged monthly until the end of your selected plan, and you will continue to receive all boxes you originally signed up for.
We Don’t Do Returns — But We Do Make Things Right
At Pawsonal, every item is handpicked with love — but we know not every surprise will be a perfect fit.
While we don’t offer returns or exchanges for full boxes or individual items, we’re always here to help.
If something doesn’t suit your pup, feel free to reach out to our Team — we’ll do our best to make things right and keep those tails wagging.
