• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for a replacement, refund, or credit. We will cover return shipping for confirmed issues.
• Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges are not accepted if you change your mind or if your pet does not enjoy a product.
